Fabulous stay

I cannot fault this hotel from check in to check out . Both communal areas and our room were so clean. Our room was huge with a lovely balcony overlooking the beachfront. We used the adult pool most days , always clean towels to hand. We stayed half board and the food was excellent . I am gluten free and the chef Krishna found me at each meal and made sure there was enough for me to eat and even cooked me Steak one evening which was one of the best steaks I had ever tasted. The young girl Krilda also deserves praise , she greeted us at each meal sitting and was always polite friendly and helpful . Indeed all the staff were very friendly . My one small negative comment would be the price of drinks at dinner , even for a small bottle of Pepsi it was £6. Juice and tea/coffee were included with breakfast but not any other meal. Great location , shopping mall across the Street, beach promenade along the rear of the hotel. Hotel provides a free shuttle bus to both The Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates at various times of the day. Doormen always there to greet you. We plan to return in the not too distant future.

Luxurious stay on the palm

We had a wonderful stay for one night on the palm. Not long enough to enjoy everything on offer but it was fantastic nonetheless. Enjoyed the Sea Grill restaurant, and the Fairmont Gold Lounge, and the spa was absolutely perfect giving us a great relaxing massage. Felt like a new person after that! The only trouble we had was unfortunately a lot of flies were in our room when we first checked in. We called housekeeping who swiftly got our room changed and we had a lovely stay after that. Thank you!

Brilliant service from the room service team - Raghu on the gold level was great! Very bespoke service! We need some extra bit and pieces in the room and Raghu went far and over and above. The whole team at Fairmont the Palm was fantastic! Don’t hesitate!

We're do I start hotel is amazing , the reception staff r brilliant , the men on door just appear from no were to open so child friendly they loved my nephew , chaitanyo in breakfast restaurant was so brilliant what ever we asked he would , nothing was too much he is a assett to this hotel , made goung for breakfast easy , thanks a lot chaitanyo we will see you again because u made r trip so memorable we have booked again The pool was outstanding, kids club 5 stars Ceaser r room assistant was so happy and cheerful would do anything for us Thanks the fairmont you have guests for life now See you in October
